Music is the soul of Indian culture and tradition. No ceremony in the country, whether happy or sad, is complete without it. In fact, no Bollywood movie is complete without it either. At Abhinay School of Performing Arts, the class of music is where we give training in classical Indian music and impart voice training.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Vinod Rajput is one of the leading voices of Indian origin in Australia. He’s best known for singing songs of Talat Mehmood and Mukesh. He has produced several CDs and performed widely in Australia and overseas and left the media raving. Most popular being ‘Mukesh by Vinod’. “It is possibly one of the best CD’s
produced by an Indian artiste from Australia,” said Avijit Sarkar in Indian Link newspaper.
Vinod would be organising once-a-month karaoke night for the students of Abhinay School of Performing Arts. These karaoke nights will be an amazing opportunity for the students to not only perform in front of a live audience, but also to learn from the master, hands on.
